Tin ore crusing plant working principle
The tin ore crusing plant is roughly divided into four parts: crushing, grinding, flotation and drying. The stages are properly connected, the equipment configuration is reasonable, the whole process is smoother, and the operation is also more convenient.
1. The
crushing stage
The nature of the ore ore is relatively simple, and only a one-step crushing of the
jaw crusher can achieve good results. After crushing, the tin ore has uniform particle size, beautiful grain shape and no over-grinding. It provides high-quality raw materials for the next step, reduces the load of grinding equipment, and promotes the quality of tin concentrate.

Grinding stage
In the tin ore grinding stage, the crushed material is uniformly sent into the ball mill and ground to a powder shape, in order to achieve sufficient dissociation of tin minerals and other minerals. At this stage, the spiral classifier is required to reasonably classify the material after grinding, and the qualified materials satisfying the conditions can enter the next stage; otherwise, it will be sent back to the crusher to continue to be crushed, so that the cycle is repeated. The energy consumption of the whole grinding section is relatively low and the operation effect is good.
3. Flotation stage
Flotation is the key link of the whole tin ore dressing. It uses the special flotation machine of tin mine designed by Red Star Machine. It has higher sorting precision, more convenient operation, less waste of medicine and no environmental pollution. After grinding, the tin ore powder first enters the mixing tank and is fully stirred into a slurry, and then sent to the flotation machine, and the corresponding flotation agent is added to fully react to obtain the tin concentrate.
4, drying stage
The tin concentrate after flotation will contain a lot of water, which needs to be dehydrated and dried by a dryer to better improve the tin concentrate grade.
