What problems should be paid attention to in sand production？

The operation standard of the sand making machine for the sand workers---

1. Before driving, check whether the investigation door of the whirlpool chamber is closed tightly, so as to avoid the danger of sand rushing out of the investigation door of the whirlpool chamber.
2. Check the rotation direction of the impeller. From the direction of the feed port, the impeller should rotate counterclockwise, or adjust the motor wiring.
3. The starting sequence of sand making machine and conveying equipment is: discharging → sand making machine → feeding.
4. It is necessary to start the sand making machine with no load and feed it after it operates normally. The shutdown sequence is reverse to the startup sequence.
5. The feeding particles shall be strictly in accordance with the requirements of the rules, and the materials larger than the rules shall not be allowed to enter into the sand making machine. Otherwise, the imbalance of the impeller and excessive wear of the impeller will be caused, and the channel of the impeller and the central feeding pipe will be blocked to prevent the normal operation of the sand making machine. In case of large feeding, it shall be eliminated in time.
6. When the discharging equipment stops, the feeding shall be stopped in time, otherwise, the impeller will be crushed and the motor will be burnt.
7. Lubrication of the machine: select the required super grade vehicle lubricating grease, the participation amount is 1 / 2-2 / 3 of the bearing cavity, and add a proper amount of lubricating grease for each shift of the sand making machine.

Precautions of using sand making machine
1. The normal operating temperature of the bearing box of the sand making machine is 40 ℃ ~ 60 ℃, and the maximum allowable temperature is 70 ℃. After half an hour of operation, if the temperature exceeds 70 ℃, it indicates that there are some problems in the bearing box, and it should be shut down for maintenance in time.
2. When the sand making machine is running under load, the feeding particle size shall not exceed the maximum particle size allowed by the equipment.
3. During the initial feeding of sand machine, there is usually a non-equilibrium process of about 30 ~ 60s. In this case, the feeding cannot be stopped, and the feeding amount shall be increased as much as possible until the oscillation is reduced. When the feeding particles are large, there will be intermittent oscillation, which will return to normal condition after several seconds. This is because one of the throwing heads of the rotor stays on the stones, forming a normal condition caused by the accumulation of materials and being washed away, without tension.
4 . Check the current of the sand machine motor. If the motor current is too large and the motor is overloaded, reduce the feeding amount until the current value is normal.
