Crush sand plant working principle

Crush sand plant process:
Firstly, the stone material is uniformly fed into the coarse crusher by the feeder for preliminary crushing. Then, the crude material produced is transported by the belt conveyor to the impact crusher for further crushing, and the finely crushed stone is sieved into different sieves. The stone of the specification, the stone returning material that does not meet the grain size requirement is broken again in the impact crusher. The large stone material silo is evenly fed into the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for coarse crushing. The coarsely crushed stone material is sent to the impact crusher by the belt conveyor for further crushing; the finely crushed stone material is covered by the belt conveyor. It is sent to the vibrating screen for screening, and several stones of different specifications are screened out. The stone that meets the grain size requirements is sent to the finished material pile by the finished tape conveyor; the stone that does not meet the grain size requirement is returned by the tape conveyor to the counterattack type. The crusher is broken again to form a closed circuit multiple cycles. The finished product size can be combined and graded according to the user's needs. In order to protect the environment, auxiliary dust removal equipment can be equipped.
