Cone crusher can be used for crushing various mining materials with pressure not more than 350MPa, such as iron ore, non-ferrous metal ore, basalt, granite, limestone, sandstone, pebbles, etc.
When the cone crusher performs the crushing operation, the rotation of the motor passes through the pulley or the coupling to cause the transmission shaft and the conical portion to swing around a fixed point under the eccentric sleeve. The mantle of the spring cone crusher is close to and then leaves the concave surface fixed on the adjusting sleeve, so that the ore is continuously subjected to impact in the crushing chamber, and the crushing and bending action is performed to realize the crushing of the ore.
